I've actually posted about Sitti before, but wanted to do it again as part of the Pinoy Music Series.
Sitti is a Filipino artist that does Bossa Nova music. She's the singer behind the popular Para Sa Akin song.
Here are a couple of clips of her: 1) Para Sa Akin music video and 2) live rendition of Stand By Me with the debonaire The Bloomfields, another one of my favorites.

The Bloomfields is a group I stumbled upon while watching Philippine music videos on YouTube. They have a Beatles, shaggy-haired style and perform mostly 50's music.
